Message "096: Fatal Error 02" with Oki printers

096-02 error is a problem with the finisher.
Thats a "tray raise or lowering error".

Solution 1:

• Check and clean the upper limit switch. 

Solution 2:

• Replace the upper limet switch

Solution 3:

• Check the shift motor operation and finisher control PCB board. 
• If the motor has failed, you need to replace it, and perhaps the control PCB too.
